Rep. Angelika Kausche won her seat in 2018 in a battleground district in North Fulton. Her first two years in office have shown her to be a truly great champion of environmental causes. She not only co-sponsored two of our highest priority pieces of legislation — for securing transit funding and in favor of clean energy — she also has a vital seat on the House Natural Resources Committee, where her voice and vote are critical. She earned a 90% rating on the Sierra Club scorecard, which makes Rep. Kausche one of the most reliable, most valuable members of the Georgia House. HD 50 is very nearly a 50/50 district.
