On Wednesday, September 10, join Sierra Club and clean energy partners at the Michigan Energy Michigan Jobs Coalition at the Michigan Capitol for Capitol Day, a powerful day of action featuring a climate rally and festival, live music, dynamic speakers, lunch with legislators, and opportunities to directly engage your elected officials through lobby meetings.
This exciting event being put on by our coalition follows the MICAN Climate Summit on September 9 at the Lansing Center. Capitol Day is your chance to turn the energy and ideas from the summit into meaningful action.

When: Wednesday, September 10, 9 AM – 4 PM EST (arrive by 8 AM for legislator meetings)
Capitol Day Highlights:
- Legislator Engagement: Meet directly with your state legislators to advocate for utility accountability, community solar, and clean transportation (register early and select the Legislator Engagement ticket).
