At the June OPPD Board Meeting the Board voted to increase the salaries of their senior administrative positions. This was done with very short public notice. The Nebraska Sierra Chapter and the Missouri Valley Group took issue with the lack of prior notice and lack of transparency as well as the timeliness of the increased salaries when OPPD customers rates have increased 14% in the last two years.
