A lawsuit by major truck manufacturers Daimler Truck, Volvo, Paccar and Traton against the Clean Truck Partnership which they signed two years ago has been slammed as a “red flag” for the trucking industry. The agreement with the California Air Resources Board aims to secure the future of the trucking industry by increasing the number of clean, high-tech trucks and helping businesses avoid high diesel prices.

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) released new guidance for the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program, a transformative, $5 billion initiative created by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. The purpose of the NEVI Program is to build a robust, nationwide network of electric vehicle charging stations along major corridors.

MISSOULA, MT — A federal judge in Montana ruled today that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service broke the law last year when it denied a petition to protect gray wolves in the northern Rocky Mountains under the Endangered Species Act. The agency must now reconsider whether to grant protections to wolves living in Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, along with portions of Washington, Oregon and Utah.
