Sierra Symposium
The event convenes university educators, tribal leaders and frontline organizers to coalition build.
The 2026 Symposium will expand its impact with curated panels and policy roundtables tailored to empower grassroots organizers and activists. There will also be a fundraising pre-reception, open to only 200 VIPs by invitation only.
Looking ahead to 2026, we are significantly expanding our global reach through enhanced strategic marketing and further developing relationships with streaming platforms, radio, and broadcast television.

Sierra Sessions
A Night of Music, Storytelling, and Environmental Action
The Sierra Club proudly presents Sierra Sessions,a streamed Earth Day concert that will spotlight singer/songwriters. Participating artists will perform a 2-4 song set, sharing the inspiration and stories behind their songs and their reflections on nature and life on Earth. The concert will be streamed and hosted by Sierra Club Chapters and Sierra Student Coalition hosting viewing parties across the country.
Sierra Sessions seeks to do more than entertain - it is a call to reimagine the environmental movement and music’s role in the fight for a livable planet. This event aims to ignite a creative and cultural response to the climate and extinction crises, one song at a time.
