Marin County judge  issued a tentative ruling that delayed plans for a Costco gas station in Novato, but it is back. The planning commission approved the project, and this approval has been appealed. The City Council will hear the appeal on June 9, 2026. 

 Sign the 350Marin petition to oppose the site, and send an email to the Novato City Council to oppose the project.
