Are you a current Sierra Club member?

You must be a Sierra Club member to run for election to an executive committee.

Select the group to which you belong.
Are you applying for the Chapter (state-wide) or Group (local) Executive Committee or both?
What knowledge, skills, experiences, or talents would you bring to our leadership team?
How much time are you comfortable volunteering each month?
Our Executive Committees work collaboratively to govern and strengthen the Kansas Chapter. Are you committed to working respectfully with fellow volunteers, supporting board decisions once made, and helping build an inclusive and welcoming organization?
Would you be willing to participate in leadership training, fundraising efforts, and occasional educational workshops to strengthen your effectiveness as a leader?
Tell members:
  • Who you are
  • Why you're running
  • What experiences or strengths you'll bring
  • What excites you most about the future of the Kansas Sierra Club
  • What you hope to accomplish if elected
Think of this as your opportunity to inspire fellow members to vote for you.
