Richmond, VA - Today, Governor Ralph Northam signed Virginia onto the Multi-State Medium- and Heavy-Duty Zero Emission Vehicle Memorandum of Understanding, which has been signed by 15 states and Washington DC, to support vehicle electrification and eliminate toxic air pollution.
