This in-person gathering is a great opportunity to connect with fellow members, learn about the Sierra Club’s local work, and take part in meaningful discussions about key environmental issues affecting Lake County. Agenda topics will include the Illinois Power Act, the proposed Waukegan Airport expansion, and other important conservation priorities.

Our last meeting at Independence Grove provided a welcoming and productive setting, and we are looking forward to building on that momentum with an even larger group.
