Some awesome electric vehicles (EVs) were showcased at a Tri-County Sustainability and South Jersey Electric Vehicle Club event, Saturday, Oct. 29 at The Promenade at Sagemore shopping center in Marlton. Owners showed off their vehicles and shared information about them. Also, an NJ Transit electric bus now operating out of Camden was on display. NJ Chapter Sierra Club Executive Committee Member Renée Pollard said it was great to see so many models from various manufacturers on display. EV options are becoming more numerous for those who want to switch to electric. “My hope is within the next five to 10 years all we see is electric vehicles on the road. Let’s work on making it a reality—the Earth will thank you!” Pollard said.
