Resolution to oppose the delisting of Bald Eagles and Ospreys from the Endangered Species List by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection:

The Sierra Club New Jersey Chapter opposes the delisting of New Jersey bald eagles and ospreys from the present protected status. We therefore are requesting a meeting with the NJ DEP.
