Mark Mullet is proud of ushering a plastic bag ban through the Issaquah City Council. Now as Senate Assistant Whip, he wants to see a 10-year incentive for solar since the current incentives expire in 2020. Mullet sponsored Lake Sammamish State Park improvements and worked to create a statewide fishing line recycling program.
