La Ley John Lewis para la Mejora de los Derechos del Votante (VRAA) fue introducida anoche en el Senado. En agosto lo fue en la Cámara Baja por la Rep. Terri Sewell y se aprobó por 219 a 212.

This means ensuring every American's fundamental right to vote is protected, fair and just judges sit on our courts, and our voices aren’t silenced by fossil fuel billionaires and corporations.
We seek to build a democracy that is truly of, by, and for the people, where the people participate, have trust in our institutions, and our values are reflected in the actions of the leaders we choose. A healthy environment is contingent upon a healthy democracy.
