Northeast Florida Sierra Club (NEFSC) Strategic Plan
The purpose of our NEFSC is to explore, enjoy, and protect regional ecosystems and resources. With present challenges and emerging threats to the regional environment, there is an urgency for our club to double our efforts to fulfill its purpose. To achieve this end, we have developed a two-year strategic plan composed of goals and related objectives which reflect our priorities.

The plan goals will serve as guideposts for club activities and efforts over the next two years. It is composed of six goals and underlying objectives designed to achieve the following:
 - Increased visibility and influence of the club
 - Increased legislative influence on environment-related matters
 - Increased membership and member diversity
 - Increased quantity and diversity of program and outing offerings
 - Increased financial capacity
 - Clearly delineated environmental priorities for the Northeast Florida region
