Forest Bathing on the North Branch Cascades Trail

This past Saturday, the Vermont Sierra Club was led by Zach Rissman on a forest bathing activity at the North Branch Cascades Trail.

We are intentionally designing more outings throughout Vermont Communities to highlight the need to conserve more land, while also building broader community support. These outings are purposely developed to make them more accessible.

See a few photos of this experience:

Also, remember to support the efforts of groups like the Vermont River Conservancy and others to protect these lands.

We look forward to working with you to build community support to conserve more land.
