I have lived in Virginia and have been a member of the Sierra Club much of my life, sharing the passion for conservation of our earth, natural habitats, and wildlife as well as a first hand love of enjoying the beauty and all encompassing drama of nature in outdoor activities.
In addition to conservation and habitat protection, my core priorities are climate action and green policy enactment. I am particularly interested in finding solutions to microplastic pollution and implementation of policies that will bring this about. Locally, I want to help bring about collaborations between like minded organizations and government departments to ensure our voices are heard and progress is made.
I believe I can make a contribution to the Sierra Club and am asking for your vote.
