Foster City Earth Day Celebration

The Foster City Citizens Sustainability Advisory Committee (CSAC), in partnership with the Foster City Library and sponsors will host an in-person Earth Day Celebration at the Foster City Public Library. Inside the library, there will be a craft activity for children and youth to create art out of waste/hard-to-recycle items as well as a display of curated library materials focused on the environment and sustainability for patrons to check out as well as an environmentally themed show going on in the Children's Room at 11:00 am. Outside, in the entry courtyard, there will be featured booths and tables hosted by local, sustainable organizations and services, including exhibits, demonstrations, and activities.
Sierra Club Loma Prieta Chapter will have a table with information on our Environmental Stewardship Program, Bay Alive Campaign, and local and regional environmental issues at the Foster City Earth Day Celebration in the entry courtyard of the library.
San Jose State University Earth Day Celebration
Tuesday, April 22nd | 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Our chapter, and Bay Alive campaign staff, will be hosting a booth at San Jose State University. Come and join us! There will be many other Environmental organizations there as well. Come to learn and have fun!

PelicanFest 2025: An Earth Day Celebration

Linda Mar State Beach
We'll be tabling at Pacific Beach Coalition's PelicanFest, a fun and educational Earth Day celebration at Linda Mar State Beach in Pacifica from 10:30am-1:30pm. Immerse yourself in a world of ocean conservation with activities for the whole family. This exciting event promises hours filled with discovery and fun for everyone.
Loma Prieta Chapter will have a table and be discussing our Pacifica Hillsides and Coastal Protection Committee and the Bay Alive Campaign.
Love Our Earth Festival 2025
Saturday, April 26th | 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Belle Haven Community Campus, 100 Terminal Avenue, Menlo Park
Join us for a day of environmental education, family-friendly activities, and community celebration. This cherished annual event brings together local organizations, environmental experts, and community members to promote sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Free activities will include:
- Interactive environmental education exhibits
- Local vendors
- Children's activities and crafts
- Live entertainment
- Food trucks featuring local plant based cuisine
- Organic compost giveaway
- T-shirt screenprinting (bring one from home!)
The Bay Alive Campaign will have a table and be discussing the new direction of the campaign.
