Subject: Environmental Representative to International Competition Jury
Dear Mr. Borkenhagen and Mr. Ball,
Thank you for including an environmental representative in the jury for the Light Tower Corporation international design competition. We would like Katja Irvin to be our representative.
Katja Irvin received a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning at San Jose State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. During graduate school she was a Research Assistant at the Mineta Transportation Institute and did research on urban connectivity as it relates to public transit and university campuses. She currently serves as the Water Committee Chair and Conservation Committee Co-chair for the Sierra Club Loma Prieta Chapter.
We trust she'll make an excellent contribution to the jury and represent all of us well.
