Public Lands

Our public lands in Pennsylvania consist primarily of forested land: 2.2 million acres of State Forest Land; 1.5 million acres of State Game Land; 500,000 acres of National Forest (Allegheny); and 283,000 acres of State Park Land. This landscape is borrowed by us and its future integrity -- the legacy we leave for the future -- depends upon how we interact with it today. It is critical that we protect our Commonwealth.
