Catoctin Group Newsletters

The Catoctin News is the Group's quarterly newsletter for its membership and local community. It is intended to keep its audience informed of the Group’s current activities and key environmental issues critical to our overall health and well-being.  It is also intended to be a vehicle for keeping the community informed of environmental issues that are not covered well in the general media and to encourage increased citizen engagement in seeking solutions to environmental problems.

All members are invited to submit articles and announcements of 500 words or less for this publication. The requested deadline is the tenth day of March, June, September, and December, with publication targeted the last day of those months. For full details, see our Writing Guidance document, and contact the newsletter Manager/Editor, Jane Ladner (ladnerjane@gmail.com) with any questions.

Past issues of the Catoctin News are listed below in Portable Document Format (PDF). The computer-based software known as Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary for viewing PDF’s. This software is free.
