Get your standard trip forms from our Forms page. Recommended: Use Campfire Events Registration Option to set up your trip.

- Participant Medical Form: You'll be using the 2026 standard Local Outings Participant form, not the older forms. Same form that is embedded in Campfire Events,
- Sign-In Sheet/WAIVER: use the latest liability waiver on Forms page; add participants' membership number.
